The Edge and Grand Central District are proud to bring back Halloween on Central 2025 for its fifth year! This event is the largest street festival in St. Pete, Florida, transforming two business districts and 22 blocks of Central Avenue into a vibrant, family-friendly, car-free celebration. Enjoy this massive event, welcoming thousands of attendees in costumes of all kinds, with entertainment for all ages, local vendors, live music, business advocacy, immersive experiences, and, of course, CANDY! With endless activities and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, it’s the ultimate way to celebrate Halloween in St. Pete!

***ATTENTION!*** You are applying to be a vendor in Grand Central District between 20th St and 28th St. If you would like to be in FrankenPride or Voodoo Vendor Village you must apply on their individual websites.***
Vendors: Exciting changes are coming this year! We will have dedicated blocks for artists, local makers, promoters, activations, Veteran-Owned businesses, and Gal-o-ween (a section for women-owned businesses). Click image to apply! If you have a preferred area, let us know when you apply—spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

We have space throughout 11 blocks we are looking to showcase talent from St Pete and beyond. Come spread joy and entertain thousands of festival goers at this event.

Halloween on Central’s Official Mode of Transportation
October 27, 2024, PSTA’s fixed-route bus services are fare-free throughout the event. PSTA is the Official Transportation Provider for Halloween On Central.
Catch a ride with the SunRunner, PSTA’s Bus Rapid Transit service. With service between St. Pete Beach and Downtown every 15 minutes at peak times and a designated traffic lane, the SunRunner is a quick and easy way to get to the beach, downtown, or anywhere in between. Service runs until midnight. Download the Transit app to plan your trip today.

More than 60 days before the festival: Full Refund
30-60 days before the festival: 50% Refund or Full Credit towards a future festival
Less than 30 days before the festival: No Refund
